Who It’s For: Individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS in need of permanent housing support.
What it Provides:
Up to two-year permanent housing support for eligible clients. Emergency one-time assistance for utilities and housing supplies during crises. Ongoing case management services to address individual needs. Referrals to permanent housing resources and relevant support services.
