From health and educational services, to counseling and rehabilitation, we are proud to provide support and assistance to people of color in the Seattle area.
Who It's For:
BIPOC individuals with a primary care doctor, who are either newly diagnosed or living with HIV, and could benefit from additional support services.
What it Provides:
Medical case management to augment primary care services with access to housing, food, transportation, assistance with medications, and counseling.

Communities Uniting Rainier Valley and Beyond (CURB) provides systems navigation and trauma intervention activities for individuals harmed by the criminal legal system in Seattle who are between the ages of 18 to 24-years-old.
Who It's For:
Persons aged 18-24, Live within Seattle city limits, In or at risk for gang involvement and criminal activity.
What it Provides:
Substance abuse / mental health referral, Housing referral, Employment preparation, and training, Education / GED completion, Transportation assistance, and Food and clothing referral.

Who It's For:
BIPOC and LGBTQ+ youth and families unable to pay rent or mortgage.
What it Provides:
Rental assistance, budget management, and landlord negotiations where possible to help individuals remain in their home.

Who It's For:
Transgender, non-binary/gender non-conforming, and gender diverse BIPOC individuals.
What it Provides:
Helps uplift and support those feeling left out of traditional occupational support systems through job search, assistance in building a new business or helping an existing business thrive, networking, and economic opportunities.

Who It's For:
BIPOC individuals who are at risk for HIV or STI infection.
What it Provides:
Immediate HIV or STI testing, post-counseling and HIV/AIDS sex education. NOTE: we request a 21-day window period between your last possible exposure and the date of your appointment in order to maximize test accuracy.

Who It's For:
BIPOC individuals living with HIV and struggling with addiction.
What it Provides:
A comprehensive counseling program that offers a safe way to recover from addiction with support services from a certified Substance Use Disorder Professional who has first-hand experience with addiction and recovery.

Who It's For:
BIPOC individuals living with HIV and struggling with addiction.
What it Provides:
A mobile van that makes regular visits to senior centers to provide basic onsite medical care for people of color age 55 and above. Services are requested and arranged by the senior center and provided at their location.

The only stand-alone PrEP clinic serving the BIPOC community in King County
Who It's For:
BIPOC individuals wishing to reduce the chances of acquiring HIV.
What it Provides:

A safe and culturally sensitive space to get access to Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP: one pill, once a day, that reduces your risk of HIV).

A team that can help you determine whether PrEP is right for you.

Access to medication without prohibitive costs (whether insured or uninsured), including payment assistance.
Emergency PrEP/PEP:

If you are concerned that you have been exposed to HIV in the last 72 hours, please visit any medical emergency room and request PEP (Post Exposure Prophylaxis).

VICTIMS OF CRIME ACT SERVICES
Who It's For:
Victims of abuse, survivors of sexual assault, Individuals affected by trafficking and domestic violence survivors.
What it Provides:
Emergency financial assistance and mental health services and support.

LAW ENFORCEMENT ASSISTED DIVERSION
Who It's For:
Individuals accused of repeat, low-level drug-related crimes or individuals arrested with mental health disorders in Seattle.
What it Provides:
Comprehensive services including substance abuse/mental health referral, housing referral, employment preparation and training, education/GED completion, transportation assistance, and food and clothing referral.

HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEOPLE LIVING WITH HIV/AIDS
Who It’s For:
Individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS in need of permanent housing support.
What it Provides:
Up to two-year permanent housing support for eligible clients. Emergency one-time assistance for utilities and housing supplies during crises. Ongoing case management services to address individual needs. Referrals to permanent housing resources and relevant support services.

Communities of Color in Washington State affected by health inequities.
What it Provides:
Improved community conditions in health and well-being through community engagement, capacity building, program development, monitoring and evaluation, communication, coordination, reporting and documentation, and evaluation.
